- Products are replaced or returned within 3 days of receipt if they are in their original condition and are not exposed to any damage factors, as specified by the store, and this is in the invoice, and the customer bears the delivery of the product to the branch.

Electrical appliances and fuses, if used, will not be returned or exchanged, as specified by the store.

Helium cylinders will not be returned or replaced after receiving them from the store, and the customer must ensure the quality of the cylinder upon receiving it from the delivery employee.

- Cash returns for online store purchases paid by one of the available electronic payment methods or in cash. The amount is refunded electronically from 3 to 14 working days, and the company has the right to request the necessary data to complete the transfer process.
