Working Days :

Riyadh Warehouse from 10 am to 6 pm daily except for Friday off.

Riyadh Branch from 2 pm to 11 pm, except Friday from 4 pm until 11 pm.

Jeddah Branch from 2 pm to 11 pm, except Friday from 4 pm until 11 pm.

What are the dates and methods of delivery?

After confirming the order for Riyadh and Jeddah, you will be contacted by phone or on WhatsApp through the wholesale sales number to determine the time and location of delivery, and you can also choose to receive from the branch (Riyadh - Jeddah) only,

In Riyadh and Jeddah, delivery is all days of the week by the happiness representative, at a value of 50 riyals only, and the balloons are packed or unpacked according to the customer’s desire, and the delivery time is determined according to the customer’s desire, but with the priority of reservation. And delivery is sometimes, especially the time of work pressure, a maximum within 48 hours from the time of order.

As for outside Riyadh and Jeddah, the delivery is via SMSA company, and the balloons are not packed and the delivery takes from 3 to 7 working days.
