Balloon, accessories and candles:

Any sudden friction with the balloon may cause immediate damage.

Adult supervision should be done and the damaged balloons and long balloon straps should be disposed of immediately as they may cause suffocation.

- Do not release the helium-filled balloon into the open air and avoid the contact of the tin balloon with electricity sources.

Do not store balloons in places of humidity or temperatures exceeding 21 degrees Celsius.

Accessories change their colors when exposed to the sun and heat directly, and electronic circuits in electrical machines may be damaged.

Electrical appliances and fuses:

Electric machines must operate on a constant frequency electric current. We recommend the use of a current stabilizer in general, especially in areas of current fluctuation, as this damages the electrical circuit of the device, and this is considered misuse and does not fall within the warranty of the device.

- Two years warranty for electrical and electronic devices against manufacturing defects, and in case the device needs maintenance, this is done by sending the product to the company. The device is inspected to determine the defect and the customer is informed of the details and that if the defect results from misuse, the customer must bear the cost of shipping the product as well as the costs Maintenance In the event the customer desires to maintain the device, but if the defect is industrial, the company bears all the expenses, and this process takes place within 45 working days.

Candles change colors, lose their properties, and deteriorate when exposed to the sun and heat.

- A commercial record is required for the customer to complete the purchase process on the store, and the balloonizer has the right to cancel the order and return its value to the customer if the value of the order has been paid in advance in the event that it is proven that the customer does not have a commercial record.

paying off:

-Payment shall be in advance, whether in cash, by bank transfer, credit cards, or any of the payment methods available in Balonizer.

- The application is not approved until after the full amount of the order has been paid.

- Cash on delivery service is available in Riyadh only.

- In the event that the customer chooses the bank transfer and the transfer is not done or the transfer receipt is sent, and to ensure that the amount is entered into the company’s account, Ballonizer has the right to cancel the request without referring to the customer.
